Efficiency Kansas is a loan program administered by the State Energy Office at the Kansas Corporation Commission. The program channels federal stimulus funds through local banks, providing financing for cost-effective, energy-efficiency improvements in existing homes and small businesses throughout Kansas.
- A comprehensive energy audit will determine a customized "diagnosis" and "prescription" for improvements
- Financing at a low 4% APR fixed rate for up to 15 years
- Loans up to $20,000 for approved projects in homes and $30,000 for approved projects in small businesses
